Sophos XG - Lan ip network no ping to ips of this segment

Can you further share the network configuration/s of your XG firewall? have tried to check if ping is checked on Device Access?

Hello Rap:

Firewall allow ping in this interface, in some moments i cant ping to firewall in lan interface.

Problem persist.

Interface state:

Problem in yellow

Let me know what is the next step.

In web interface is set Static

Elvis,

change the cable and use another XG port and another Cisco Switch port.

Also show the output of these 2 commands:

netstat -s

ethtool -S "portname"

Netstat -s  ---> windows

ethtool -S "portname"   Where?

Execute when the problem appear ?

sorry about the mistake. I was not clear:

execute the commands from XG advanced shell (console > option 5 > option 3).

The problem was caused by unknown hub device instaled in our network.

The firewall was not the problem; firewall block  loop packets originated in this Hub.
