Lan network cant ping to lan segment.
Firewall is conected in Switch is cisco 3560 series in port with default configuration.

Can you further share the network configuration/s of your XG firewall? have tried to check if ping is checked on Device Access?

Sometimes restart is not enough!
Check even the XG interface speed and set on switch the same speed and full duplex. Try also another XG port.
Apply Manual negociation 1000 full duplex on both sides.
I upgrade mi switch SF300 from 1.1.2 to 1.2.7

change the cable and use another XG port and another Cisco Switch port.
Also show the output of these 2 commands:
netstat -s
ethtool -S "portname"

sorry about the mistake. I was not clear:
execute the commands from XG advanced shell (console > option 5 > option 3).
