All my reports are empty but the log-files in /var/tslog are full. I have already Flush Device Reports with restart of the xg firewall.

Some time ago i entered the full or debug logging for awarrenmta.log
I have forgotten how to set it back.
I know it's a one year old thread, but: Do you remember if you upgrade to XG from Cyberoam OS?
Just had the same issue on two new boxes with configuration imported from a Cyberoam OS.
As I wasn't using iView, "set on-box-reports on" solves the issue for me.
As it seems a bug to me, I just filed a case with Sophos (I need to re-check, maybe they both were cr10ing, so without onboard reports available).
