Reports are empty

All my reports are empty but the log-files in /var/tslog are full. I have already Flush Device Reports with restart of the xg firewall.

Could someone please help me?

Ulrich,

can you make sure on-box reporting is enabled?

From console type:

show on-box-reports

I'm on the console via ssh and then

On-Appliance reporting is currently turned OFF. Failed to upgrade On-Appliance Cyberoam-iView. Please contact support.

Some time ago i entered the full or debug logging for awarrenmta.log

I have forgotten how to set it back.

Ulrich,

for reports, try to flush reports using Console options (5 > 4).

Take note, next time, one question per thread.

To stop debugging, from advanced shell:

service awarrenmta:debug -dsnosync
