STAS missing AD users on XG Liver Users

Hey guys,

I've configured STAS in an AD environment. This AD environment has 5 DCs so I setup 4 DCs as the agents and 1 as the collector.

Everything works just fine except only 1 user are always missing from the live users on XG and Collector's Live Users.

At the time of screenshots both user 253 and 126 were authenticated by the same DC(nltest /dsgetdc:<domain> verified)

Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Ecompo,

make sure the user is logged on a computer where GPO are correctly applied. Check security events on AD servers and see if the user is logged correctly.

Just want to update this thread to let everyone know that I have had a chance to troubleshoot the issue because it's not my environment and I have very limited access to those DCs in question. But I am suspecting that the STAS services have been disabled on some of the DCs.

I will come back with more updates.
