Large amount of gateway traffic not appearing in reports

Over a 3 day period (7-9 June), the Gateway traffic statistics on my XG firewall show some very large amounts of data.

I have confirmed that these same figures are reported by my ISP but I can't find any matching volume of traffic in the dashboard reports. See a report by

All the different traffic reports sum up to the same amount of data but it is nowhere close to the 100-200GB reported by the gateway and my ISP.

Is there any other way to access a more detailed report on this data? Is there some data through the gateway that is not logged by the firewall?

I wouldn't have noticed this except that it would require my internet connection to be downloading at almost maximum speed for a full 24 hours to reach that amount of data (200+GB).

  • I finally found a solution which worked for me at least. If you left-click on the Onedrive tray icon it brings up a list of synchronisation files. Some of these don't exist on the PC but if you use the web version of Onedrive and search for them then they can be found and deleted. It's a painful process to do them one-by-one but for me, Onedrive is now up to date and not constantly syncing.
