sophos XG issue with windows server DHCP.

we need more information in order to help you? Is the XG deployed in gateway mode? Is the DHCP server located under an XG interface? How are the Mobile users connected?

I guess you need to configure DHCP relay under Network > DHCP and point to your Windows Servers.

i deploy my XG in gateway mode and the the DHCP server located under an XG interface. the moblie users connect to AP and gets configuration automatically .

if the Wi-FI users and the DHCP are in different subnet, make sure you configure DHCP relay. Are you using Sophos AP or third-party?

all AP are third-party ,  i have one subnet only and i configure DHCP relay . all thing was working well befor deploying XG . plz ,help me ASAP as that issue become a headache to me .

use drop-packet-capture from XG console to understand what is blocked.
