sophos XG issue with windows server DHCP.

hello all , i have an issue with my sophos xg home edition . my DHCP is windows server it was working well befor deploying Sophos XG . after deploying sophos XG  inside my testing environement all mobile users (android and iphone ) take a long time to obtaining IP address from DHCP server then failed . i tried to solve that issue with add arule at the top that allow all traffic , restart DHCP server .plz , help me in that as it cause aot of problems to me.

    Khaled,

    we need more information in order to help you? Is the XG deployed in gateway mode? Is the DHCP server located under an XG interface? How are the Mobile users connected?

    I guess you need to configure DHCP relay under Network > DHCP and point to your Windows Servers.
