Cyberoam CR50iNG auxiliary hard disk failed

I have an issue, recently my Cyberoam CR50ing auxiliary 320GB hard disk failed and I changed the hard disk with another 320GB brand new hard disk but Cyberoam won't boot up. I try to get support from the Cyberoam support team but they refused to help cause my subscription was finished.

Cyberoam throws the attached imaged error when I hyper-terminal to Cyberoam device. It seems the error is about the auxiliary disk partitions.

My question is can I fresh install SOPHOS XG Firewall using bootable usb or cd in my Cyberoam CR50ing new hard disk.

If not possible then how can I create manual partition so that I can use my Cyberoam device again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
