I have attempted to install the latest version firmware SW-SFOS_16.05.3_MR-3.SFW-183.gpg and it will not install. I am just one update behind 16.04.2. What can I do?

Paul,
you have to move to tslog folder using the command:
cd /var/tslog
and then you can open and read the file.
Once you have opened, copy the content on a text file so you can read it.
You should see an error "gpg"
Otherwise you can use the command:
cat u2d.log | grep gpg
Okay I found that folder here - XG85_XN01_SFOS 16.05.2 MR-2# pwd
/vdisk/tslog

It is in loop the upgrade process. You have 3 ways:
1. Open a ticket with Support (let us know the result)
2. Rollback to v15 (from Gui) and retry the upgrade again
3. Download the firmware version from your Sophos Account and reinstall the firmware (you will lose all the reports)
