Anyone Else having issues with DDNS (Sophos ".myfirewall.co")

Unable to get DDNS to update. as of 04/24/2017

I have a RED device out in the field that cannot connect because it can not get back to the XG.

anyone else?

    Could you share the logs from your device, command on shell is as mentioned below.

  • Still same Problem here. Service unavailable.

     

    I changed to dyndns.org. I Need a stable vpn connection. Now with dyndns.org it works.

  • That one did work briefly when I first set it on last week, so I don't know that it's a permanent fault.

    Fortunately, my IP only changes very occasionally at home, so I can update the DNS by hand when it does.

    As per the logs I could see that the issue is there with your Dydns connection. Could you provide WINGc.log as well? The shell command is #cat /log/WINGc.log

  • That's  2.1MB - how much of it do you want?
