Please follow these steps for your issue of IPsec with DynDNS:
>First you have to create a Dynamic DNS for the interface which is configured as PPPOE.
>For creating Dynamic DNS please follow these KB:

>The link is for v15,so for v16 you need to navigate to Network > Dynamic DNS.
>After you create this DynDNS just enter that DNS in the endpoint details in IPsec configuration.Kindly update us once you have tried these steps. Today we had a chance of checking the same case in another site; we tried as per your advice but still didn’t worked anything. Could you please help us on this.
