Unable to Categorize any website

make sure your XG is able to reach internet and Sophos HTTP/HTTPS websites without being blocked. Categorization is done by XG using Sophos Cloud so it seems that something is broken or XG is behind another UTM/Proxy.

Please give us more info about your config.

 Any chance have you rebooted the system and let us know the version you are onto ..

solved by change Dns to 8.8.8.8
