Hello all, I currently have the version (SFOS 16.05.1 MR-1) in an XG 310, and I happen to be constantly with SSO implemented and more than proven its operation, it turns out that users are surfing the Internet and suddenly they are Presents the captive portal. They must close and log on to their computers in order to surf the Internet again. After a short time, the same thing happens again. Anyone can do that, thanks?

It would seem an issue with WMI service in your server and due to failed WMI query the Client would log off after its timeout say 5-15 minutes. You could go to the Client installed on STAS and change the settings on STA collector and set the detection method to "Ping" instead of "Workstation polling".
I have assumed you are using STAS , for SSO .
Hi, Aditya Patel. Thanks for reply This morning I disabled the option "Enable Logoff Detection" for a specific group of users and it seems that the error has disappeared. I think this is a choice that hau to disable. However I will re-enable it to see if the error is reproduced to this group of users and I tell you.
