My cyberoam update V16 [SFOS 16.01.3 MR-2] , i can't connect Line Messenger

I can't connect Line on Smartphone , but can connect Line on PC after update Cyberoam V16.01.3 .

I need your help :( !!

    I would recommend you to have a look at firewall,ips,web logs from Log Viewer. The other option is to go on console and type:

    drop-packet-capture "host x.x.x.x" where x.x.x.x is your mobile ip.

    You should see why the traffic is blocked.

    Post the result if you do not understand it and we will help you.
