In order to allow communication across networks managed by XG, a firewall rule is needed. By default traffic is blocked.

can you give us more details on how those 2 networks are configured? Are them VLAN? Are they created on Cyberoam directly or they are managed by an external Layer 3 device?

A network diagram will help!

Thanks for everyone reply!!!! This case is closed ; i have contacted the sophos support team & Mr.Arjun Sharma  has worked the case & he has done some rule & Static route.

FYI; here I am providing you the same for your reference.

One rule has written in the Protection under firewall; like below

Source Zone : Lan  Source Networks and Devices : Internal Lan on 192.168.20.0

Destination Zones : Any  Destination Networks :  Internal Lan on 172.168.40.0 & External LAN 10.250.250.0

Rewrite source address (Masquerading) : enabled

Configuration under  Routing static route has been written

Destination IP / Netmask : 10.250.250.0

Gateway: 172.168.40.1

Interface: Port4-172.168.40.2

Distance:0
