Protect Applications Application Filter Block filter avoidance apps ... need default config

Question

After a bit too much mucking about, I want to reset the application filter "Block filter avoidance apps" to the factory default. 
 Navigate to Protect > Applications > Application Filter > Block filter avoidance apps. You'll see three rules. For each of the three rules, please transcribe exactly what appears under the column "Application Filter Criteria".

 the best thing to do alway in IT, is to do a backup when you are not sure about the new configuration/modification you are going to implement.
