Disable iView Integration

We setup iView integration but it didn't deliver what I was expecting.  Now, how do I disable integration?

 

I can uncheck the "Enable iView Integration" but I can't delete the Syslog server object on all managed devices because that object is in use with iView.

 

Any ideas?

    Hi Ravi,

    Thanks for the heads up.  I updated but the issue for removing iView integration still exists.  In the release notes I'm not seeing anything addressing NCCC-4680.

    Hi John,

    I have checked the issue in lab SFM 16.5 GA version and i am able to delete the syslog server after disabling the iView integration in SFM.

    Please check the issue once again. If you still face the issue then need to debug issue further.

    Hi Ravi,

    I ended up having to enable iView and then de-selecting the syslog server configured.  Once I did that I could disable iView (via checkbox) and save the configuration.

    Once the syslog server was unbound from the iView configuration (regardless if it's disabled) I was able to send out a mass delete to clients.
