Signature disk Usage reached 100% exceeding the thre

HI,

My cyberoam Firewall CR35iNG   showing the subjected error  (Signature disk Usage reached 100% exceeding the threshold)  on the appliance logs. what should be the reason.

tried to solve it by the following

 

1. purge all the reports logs

2. flush appliance reports

but still this log messages are generating.

Signature  (size)846.8M   (used )846.8M  (avail) 0    (used 100%)

    I would suggest you to disable all services on the UI and would suggest you to upgrade the Firmware , this was a BUG in older versions and after the firmware upgrade you may turn the services back on . If you have Support subscribed you to contact support@cyberoam.com.
