I would suggest you to disable all services on the UI and would suggest you to upgrade the Firmware , this was a BUG in older versions and after the firmware upgrade you may turn the services back on . If you have Support subscribed you to contact support@cyberoam.com.

I went to System Services / Services and stopped all the services, but I still get the same error.

You used to be able to in Cyberoam O/S, but the option does not exist in Sophos O/S:

The option is available on XG too:

Option 5 > Option 4 (Flush device reports)

No it's not.

The screenshot I posted above is the menu I get when I select option 5 from the CLI.

Yes, I can contact support, and have, but that takes days and I have 9-10 of these Units that have the same issue.

I was hoping someone on here had the skills and expertise to let me know the advanced shell command to clear out the log/content files.
