RDP service protocol doesn't work properly

When you face a disconnection, check the system graphs> WAN usage; is the WAN link showing full usage of the bandwidth?  Show me a picture of your configuration.

it happens internally i am in some vlan and the server in other vlan so when i initiates a remote desktop connection to any server it happens periodically    

If my external link drops my XG hangs until the link is restored, which is not good.

That is when logged into the console so I assume the same thing happens to users even with load balancing enabled.

Take SSH to XG and go to option 4. Device Console and execute: show network interfaces

Do you see any increase in Dropped & Error packets on the interface in use. Check #4.2 and #4.2 in the guide.
