RDP service protocol doesn't work properly

RDP session to my company's servers cut and reconnecting again in different time intervals  i have XG 310 and i made it dhcp for all vlans and also made wan link load balance on it

    If my external link drops my XG hangs until the link is restored, which is not good.

    That is when logged into the console so I assume the same thing happens to users even with load balancing enabled.

    Hi Ahmed,

    Take SSH to XG and go to option 4. Device Console and execute: show network interfaces

    Do you see any increase in Dropped & Error packets on the interface in use. Check #4.2 and #4.2 in the guide.
