install will not start - stuck at "Do you want to continue (y/n)"

I am a Sophos Home UTM user that is considering a switch to the XG Firewall.  I am trying to install SF01V_SO01 (version 16.05.0.098) and I'm having a problem with both a USB and CD install.  The install loads and then I get the warning message that this will erase all the data from the appliance.

I am unable to answer the question, "y" or "n".  I'm guessing this is a hardware issue, potentially with the keyboard not being recognized?  However the keyboard is clearly available during the post because I needed to F9 to get the boot menu on my HP Compaq 6005 Microtower.

  • Thanks.  I'll look for that.

    As a test I did try my last version of the UTM install CD and that worked fine, started installing files.  

    I'm still suspect of the keyboard.  I think whatever is being loaded for the keyboard to be recognized is not working.  Only logical reason it would just be sitting there at the prompt without any other errors.
