Yeah, because i have two nic's, a gigabit one, that onboard, and the pci realtek, it detects the onboard, but not the pci. After installation, it goes to failsafe mode because it only detects one nic and needs at least two.
PD: i'm trying to attach a picture but the page gives me an error, so here it is: http://imgur.com/a/PjyF0
here Camillo is having problem with XG to recognize a NIC that is inside the HCL of UTM9, can you investigate and reply here back?
Thanks
Hi All,
Official HCL for XG is not yet released, we were supporting the previous HCL for UTM but that seems to be not working. I will initiate a fresh request for this requirement and update it as soon as I have something over it.
Thanks
Saching,
we requested an official HCL more than one month ago and now we discover that that the UTM9 HCL cannot be used as reference. Sorry but this is something that community need and also is useful for you to know if a particular HW is not supported. It is a mess at the moment!

Hi, thanks for you reply, next week probably i will be testing a few nic's and report here if it work.
I will be waiting for your update.
Hi Camilo,
I also found issues with the following two cards:
- Realtek RTL8111EVL
- Realtek RTL8110SC
While the XG recognizes them, they are not working properly (wrong connection speed [100MBit vs 1GBit, half-duplex vs full-duplex, DHCP problems, performance problems, etc.)
I can't help but noticing that your card is a Realtek card as well. So, maybe the Realtek drivers coming with the XG are not working properly?
Cheers,
Jens
