Sophos Network Agent issus

can you connect to XG and type the following command?

• service access_server:debug -ds nosync

and then:

tail -f /var/log/access_server.log

Post the output while you are trying to use Sophos Network agent.

then run again the "service access_server:debug -ds nosync" command to stop debugging.

I have the same issue mentioned above.

How can I connect to XG and type the commands? I cannot get a fully featured linux shell with ssh.

Connect to XG using ssh client like putty and choose option 5 > 3

The command 'tail -f /var/log/access_server.log' does not work ("No such file or directory") 

Sorry you are right. The folder is tslog so /var/tslog/access_server.log is the right folder directory.
