Sophos Network Agent issus

Hello,

 

on the Android System ist installet the Sophos Network Agent 1.3 and the user Cert.

I can not connect with message: Could not evaluate trust

 

In the XG log are not information.

Can you help

    Frank,

    can you connect to XG and type the following command?

    • service access_server:debug -ds nosync

    and then:

    tail -f /var/log/access_server.log

    Post the output while you are trying to use Sophos Network agent.

     

    then run again the "service access_server:debug -ds nosync" command to stop debugging.
