L2TP VPN not establishing connection

Hi,

I'm trying to use L2TP connection with preshared key but i have this in the log :

 

I check apply masq in the firewall rule vpn to lan

I deactivate Kerberos auth.

Can you help me find what's wrong ?

    Hi Kevin,

    Did you enter the PSK in the advance option of Security tab. What authentication algorithm did you configured to connect through L2TP to XG.

    Go to Log Viewer> system > log Component > L2TP; and check what logs do you see here. Post a picture of the same.
