How could I deactivate the Device Auto-Discovery ?

Hi all,

does any have an idea how to deactivate the Device Auto-Discovery? I have a big problem with this feature because it is constantly deactivating Sophos UTM v9 devices. And because the iView does not accept logs from deactivated devices, so no logs are accepted from these Sophos UTM v9 devices. The same problem with the Sophos Firewall OS I had never noticed. Only with Sophos UTM v9.

I have the version (SIVOS 02.00.0 MR-2)

    Hi sachingurung,

    I would like to know it from you or Sophos support because I have open the support ticket  [#6660068] at the Sophos support but till now no one answered me. In my opinion, this feature is for Sophos UTM v9 poorly implemented in other words, it's a bug.

    And you do not look for anything anywhere, this great feature is not possible turn off .....

    ;-(((
