SG 115 with XG MR3 firmware that is blocking external Outlook Web Access.

Hello, 

I have an MR3 XG115 (used to be an SG appliance). It blocks a user from accessing both his Citrix portal and Outlook Web Access portal. Both are hosted outside this organization. You get the normal untrusted certificate, click past that, but always get a blank screen. 

it doesn't appear that https scanning is in place to prevent this. Any ideas?

    There are no actual application policies in place. Sophos support did a remote session with me yesterday and did several package captures, but ultimately blamed the ISP. I called the ISP this morning and they said they're not blocking any sites on their end. Sophos support has yet to send me the capture data they promised me yesterday. So basically I'm stuck.

    Hi Jamie, 

    Did you check by connecting the ISP directly to the system facing the issue  ? and would advise to take a PCAP for reference . if it works out then you would need to contact support with the same Service request and private message me so I may monitor from my end . Also Did you enable any scanning , does it work with Plain Firewall rule ?
