DDNS is not Updating

The built-in DDNS *.myfirewall.co is not getting update after sometime. "Error : DDNS Service in currently unavailable". This may force us to reboot the firewall in order to make the service up and running again. It's always happen twice in a month.

After the reboot of firewall, ddns starts to work without any problem for maybe 10-15 days as I monitored.

Note : Other DDNS provided such as dyndns is functioning w/o any issue.

    As per the provided logs from you to Aditya, the logs state that WingS servers are not resolved on your XG. 

    Nov 29 19:36:12.362252 [ERR] post_connect_to_wings() not resolved 'peak.wing.sophosxl.net' due to 'lookup failure'

    What is the DNS settings configured in XG? Also, is there a device/router that is somehow causing this issue. If this isn't the case then I would recommend you to contact support who can generate a request with the internal DCO team to check the servers.
