After update to v16 only one time login is possible in user portal

Hi,

after we have update to latest v16 version,we have problems with logins into user portal.

a user can only login one time. after logout he got an login failure. on logview the login will displayed as success.

when i now delete the user. the user can login again (1x). user login based on active directory.

    did you enable OTP feature inside the XG?

    Can you share User Portal Logs?

    Do the following:

    • Connect to XG CLI
    • Press 5 and then 3

    • Enable debug for authentication service :  run the command "service access_server:debug -ds nosync" (to enable debug for authentication daemon)

    • tail -f /log/access_server.log  (and logon on user portal )

    • Share the access_server.log file

    •  

      Run again the command "service access_server:debug -ds nosync" ( to disable debug)

    Launch command without quotas.
