Lan 1

Question

Is Lan 1 dedicated as to the console address only? Wanted to make that an DHCP pool but nervous that is only for static on the console address. Changed to another static address and then that was the console logging address. Using the DMZ but would rather move to Lan 1.

John, 
 XG uses Zone concept where you add physical interfaces or VLAN. LAN zone is used, by default, for both https management, ssh console and for internal devices. You can change the default behaviour under Network > Zones and Administration > Device Access.
