XG uses Zone concept where you add physical interfaces or VLAN. LAN zone is used, by default, for both https management, ssh console and for internal devices. You can change the default behaviour under Network > Zones and Administration > Device Access.

1,3,4 all have the same options. Will play around and have the console cable ready.lol

I got it. change the console address to another on port 4, worked .Logged in with that changed address. Then made lan1 dhcp with a small pool.

Then went back to port 4 and changed the static back to the original. all is good
