XG installation on HP MicroServer

I've just tried to install the release version of XG 16 on my HP MicroServer Gen8 and I'm experiencing issues upon boot. Installation goes through just fine however after rebooting to boot into the system I get an error stating that no system disk was detected. I've tried everything I can think of such as enabling AHCI mode, IDE mode and trying booting from USB and CD. Has anyone experienced this issue? If so was a solution to this found?

I had similar problems, and it seems to be something on Microservers bios or so.

Tested on buildin (fake)raid controller on legacy, achi, raid mode. No luck. Tested also on LSI 2008 based sas raid/hba controller, same thing.

Installation goes without problems, and infact if i transfer the HDD to another machine XG boots on that without problems.

I solved problem on mine side by creating bootable usb stick (http://www.easy2boot.com/) and edited that to boot by default on 1st HDD, and that way XG boots and works on Microserver without problems.
