Last night we installed our firewall. There were a few bugs this morning when all the departments got here and started trying to use their network programs. We have been able to resolve all of them so far except our print server is blocked from certain subnets. I have tried creating broad rules to get the firewall to allow printing to pass through between subnets, but I have not been able to create a rule that shows the print server as being online. I was on the Sophos Phone Queue for over 2 hours and they hung up on me. Any help would be appreciated.
