Devices missing from SFM

Hello Everyone!

I have an issue. I have more than 23 devices added to SFM. When I added the 24th, it doesn't show in the dashboard, or anywhere in SFM. I tried to re add the device, but it tells me that it's already added. I did the SFM integration with iView, and it is showing in the iView console. I can also see one log of the device in the System Events from SFM.

Let me know what can I do. Thanks for all your help.

Hi Jose,

We haven't observed this type of issue. Is your 24th device added in SFM earlier ?

Can you email me GUI/SSH access ,admin login credential of SFM & Serial number of SF device for which your are getting error message.So i can guide you further.

Hi Everybody,

after Ravi checked this issue, it turns out that I was accessing with user credentials and not admin credentials, so the devices were not added to the user dashboard for administration.

Hi Jose,

In SFM, by default all devices are accessible to Admin user. If you add SFOS device using other user then you have to give access rights to user who want to manage that SFOS device.
