SFM Temlate's Import Device configuration error

I have gone through screenshot & found your SF device does not sync in SFM.Because of that template import is getting fail.

SFM-MR-2 have bug for device does not sync .Please email me (ravi.b.patel@sophos.com) SFM SSH, GUI access and  admin login credential so i can apply solution to resolve the reported issue.

There are some difficulties with remote access to the SFM

Could you possibly give instructions to resolve the issue, please?

Maybe someone else will meet this problem and find a solution here

Hi Rashid,

Changes are sensitive so i can't provide instruction here. Hot Fix is going to release for issue but it will take time.

Please provide access if you need urgent solution.

As per our communication, after Sync issue is resolved in SFM.You are able to create template using Import Configuration option.
