  • Hi,

I will test it and update.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

I tested the setup and the mail is automatically sent in my case. What do you see in the logs? Go to, system >

Go to, System > Diagnostic > Log viewer > System > Device and verify if the device shoots out a mail at renewal time of the password, set in the hotspot settings.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

Recreate the password of the day policy and check in the referred logs if XG makes an attempt to send a mail. Take SSH to XG and go to option 4. Device console.

Execute, tcpdump 'port xxx (port number configured in the mail server notification settings in XG) post the logs.

    Thanks

  • I do have the very same problem and tried to solve it by recreating hotspot, too.

No message also in log viewer System -> Device regarding a sent mail...

Test message and internet connection lost notification work!

    Any idea?
