Thanks for the reply. But my issue is abit different.

My CAA does not get disconnected when editing a policy, but only when policy times change.

I have a policy for working hours and for non working hours (lunchtime and night). During policy shift, from working to non working hrs, thats when CAA disconnects, and again during shift from non working to working hours.

CAA disconnection issue is taken under development. It is a known issue and a solution will be provided asap.

Hi All,

I just want to confirm you that this behaviour is not happening anymore on v16. Client authentication disconnect only when you close the lid. I am using Client Agent Auth on MAC.

I am using v16 and my clients still disconnect occasionally.  I can't say it's with a policy change, but definitely one time I restarted XG and none of the clients reconnected.

The other problem I've seen is what whenever someone logs in through CAA, their group gets reset back to the Open group.  I have repeatedly changed users groups only to discover that every time they logged into the client, their group reset.
