How do I add microsoft.com and adobe.com to exclusion list for scanning

I tried to install Office 365 and it would not allow the download and I am also having trouble accessing adobe.com

I temporarily disabled "scan http" in my Lan-to-Wan rule and I was able to connect to both of them ok.

I can access all other websites without problems with scan http enabled.

I can I make a group of sites and add it to be excluded from scanning?

  • I finally got adobe.com to show correctly.

I added the new FQDN rule and this did not work.  I unchecked enable caching in Web content filter settings and rebooted and it is working now.

I disabled the FQDN rule and it is still working.  I did try disabling cache before and it did not work but I did not reboot at that time.

So I guess it was a matter of unchecking enable cache and rebooting.
