How do I add microsoft.com and adobe.com to exclusion list for scanning

To configure exception for HTTP requests, navigate to System > System Services > Web Content Filter> HTTP Exception and add the URL RegEx(s):

^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?adobe\.com/

Configure the HTTPS exception for Office 365 download URLs.

If I put in the url regex it allows me to save it but does not work.  If I out in www.adobe.com instead of the regex, it almost work.

Before it could not connect at all, now I can see the background of the page but it never fully loads.

Any other ideas?

it is weird.  I can go to https://accounts.adobe.com but  adobe.com never fully loads.

Create an FQDN based firewall rule and place it on the top. Keep the Web Filter and Application Filter set to none. In the destination network add a group of URLs associated with adobe website.

I finally got adobe.com to show correctly.

I added the new FQDN rule and this did not work.  I unchecked enable caching in Web content filter settings and rebooted and it is working now.

I disabled the FQDN rule and it is still working.  I did try disabling cache before and it did not work but I did not reboot at that time.

So I guess it was a matter of unchecking enable cache and rebooting.
