XG 115 registration

I have a brand new XG 115 appliance. Each time I try to register it I only get an error indicating "There has been an unexpected error". How do I get past this?

Hi Chunk,

Also check the standard things e.g. make sure your appliance can get out to the internet. However, contacting customer care is also good advice!
