This is normally due to the fact that the Distributor or Reseller has not processed the order in it's entirety. I'd reach out to them to ensure that the order has been processed and the license schedule has been received. In the current version there's now way around the registration although it's rumored that in later versions we'll be able to get around the registration and have a trial before registration is required.
If the reseller/distributors are absolutely confident that the order has been completed and you've received your license schedule, contact support and ask that customer care has address the issue, it should take the no time at all to resolve this for you.
