SFM won't sync licenses on installsf

I have a new SFM VM  installed behind and VSFOS Xg device.  I can login and do the basic config and can successfully register the device (meaning the internet is accessible) but I cannot get it to sync licenses.  It reports an failure and says contact support. Before getting on the phone, I thought I would ask if anyone here knew the answer.

    We haven't received such type of error while synchronizing the license.

    If possible can you send private email to me (ravi.b.patel@sophos.com) for SFM access detail ,so i can check the issue and provide solution for the same or You can contact support .
