make sure you create a Policy Users. Inside the Policy area, create a User Policy coming from LAN to WAN and make user you enable "Match rule based on User identity" as the screenshot below.
As services, put HTTP/S and make sure logging is enabled.

in the "users or groups" selection box, how do I add everyone in my organization?  is it possible to use "any" for this and still get results?

create a Group on AD and add users in it. This is the best way. Import that group into XG and use it on Policy rule. That's all!

will I need to import the group every time I have a new user?  that doesn't seem very efficient
