web activity report - all users are N/A

Hi all,

I have done my best to set up AD authentication. I believe it is working as users can log into the user portal.  after they log in, I see the username listed in the users section of the GUI.

I would like to see usernames listed in the web usage report.  as of now, everyone is showing up as N/A:

any ideas how I configure this to show actual AD usernames?

    Zane,

    make sure you create a Policy Users. Inside the Policy area, create a User Policy coming from LAN to WAN and make user you enable "Match rule based on User identity" as the screenshot below.
    As services, put HTTP/S and make sure logging is enabled.
