Email Notification is not working.

Hello everybody,

I have a CR300iNG upgraded to Sophos OS, but the notificacions are not working, we just updated the firmware version to SFOS 15.01.0 MR-2, but is not working.

They had previously recommended we upgrade from Cyberoam firmware version 10.6.3 MR3 to version SFOS 15.01.0 MR-1.1, and after that to SFOS 15.01.0 MR-2. Upgrade from CyberoamOS to SophosOS was because the authentication method Digest-MD5 was no supported, but currently is not working yet.

    I would like to know which Mail server are you using , you may DM your information you register on your Mail notification as well as if possible a Pcap of the communication between the XG appliance and Mail server . Furthermore, if you have registered a case kindly DM me as well.
