Can't get XG Firewall Home License

I'm trying to get an XG Firewall Home License. Clicking on Get Started gives me a page to fill in my company details (for a Home License?) but when I fill them in it comes up with a technical error:

"We experienced a technical difficulty while processing your request. Your data may not have been correctly saved."

and I can't get any further. This has happened for the last couple of days. Is this a known issue?

    Sorry you had a problem with this. I have just tested this myself using both an existing Sophos ID and then again with a new one and in each case it worked. Perhaps the issue has been fixed since you posted your message, or, perhaps it is browser related.  I tested it with Chrome version 49.0.2623.112.

    If you are still having problems, please first try a different browser and/or let us know which browser/version you are using.

  • I have also problems getting the license key. Tried several times today and yesterday. I can fill my info and everything and I get the

    "Thank you for your interest in Sophos XG Firewall Home Edition" -page but never receive the license key. I've received the activation and password reseting emails but not the mail containing license key. Checked spam folder also.

  • We have a problem (26-Aug) with the emails from various forms across our website including the XG Home Use form. I would expect this to be fixed in the next 1-2 days. I will post back here when I have confirmation that it is fixed. I don't know at this stage whether you will need to apply again when the fix is in place or whether you will receive an email for each request you have already made. Your patience in the meantime is appreciated!

  • I did finally get the emails containing license keys yesterday night so the problem seems to be fixed. Thank you.
