Live Users showing in STAS in advanced tab but not showing in SF > current activity > live users

Hi,

i am trying to sync my AD users and groups with sophos xg125w. i already import all groups from AD and in STAS i can see live users in advanced tab but when i login to my SF web console and go to "Settings" > "current activity" > "Live users" i didnt find any users there.

anyone can guide me please..

    thanks for your reply.

    honestly i am lost in a desert. for doing one job there are so many steps need to follow and moreover google is not helping much as well.

    i just created a LAN to WAN policy not sure its correct or not. have a look the setting i put

    Source:

    Host: any

    Hosted Server:

    Source Zone: LAN

    hosted address: 192.168.1.1 (sophos gateway IP)

    Protected Application Server:

    Protected Zone: WAN

    Protected Application Server(s): AD Server (192.168.1.2)  Note: and the IP Host Group configured under AD server is Port 1 (LAN Port of Sophos)

    identity: match rule based on user identity (enabled)

    user Or group: ANY

    log firewall traffic (Enabled)

    the labeled i didn't mentioned are on default position.
