Remote Tool disconnects after several hours

WE have a remote tool (like Teamviewer) which works via HTTPS. We have just created a rule which allows HTTP without any additional security feature (no proxy, application control...) and the remote client disconnects after several hours. Is there any timeouts which we can specify. Wit the UTM we have no problems.

    Please confirm me, if there is any specific time limit after which the remote tool crashes ?

    Please check if you have Anti DoS/ Flooding configs in XG. Navigate through System > System Services > DoS & Spoof Protection> DoS settings. Remove this settings and monitor the issue.

    I do not know what tool you are using but I would like to confirm that I am using Team Viewer, VPNs and Ammy from Home and they works with no issue. I have Policy Rule where HTTP/HTTPS/FTP is filtered with no error or disconnection.

    While you are working with this tool, have a look at the logs inside the XG when the problem occurs and see if you find some interesting log.

    Ips is enabled on this rule? Try to create a temporary rule with any inside service from the computer you are running the tool on and let us know.
